Icon of the Virgin Mary, dating from the 15th century; Christian tradition connects this picture with the constant provision of the weak, those who suffer and need love, protection and support. Reports say it was part of the Monastery of the Virgin Mary Kardiotissa, in the Dikti Mountains. Today the original painting is located in Rome, at the church of Sant'Alfonso on the Esquiline hill.
